This department does not know how tohandle asingle task. They did not schedule myappointment correctly with the right office orprovider even though Ihave called about three times and have talked tomany people stating what Ineeded. Many ofthe staff are clueless and clearly not intelligent enough tounderstand where todirect patients based ontheir needs. They end upcancelling myappointment and barely made anattempt toreach out and let meknow. (One miss call the morning ofa business day isequivalent tozero effort ). They also say they’ll give you acall back but will not unless you constantly call and bother them about itcause they’re lazy. They literally did nothing right. Couldn’t make anappointment, couldn’t give the correct location, couldn’t reach out yet have the audacity tobe rude and yell asif they have any idea what’s goingon. Save your time bygoing tothe city.… – show

Very long wait times inthe office and when calling toschedule anappointment. They need more staff, better trained staff and new management. Awful experience with customer service. Also location has awful parking very limited. Very frustrating overall experience. Not happy.

I had anearly morning appointment with my4year oldson. They told meit would bea 45minute wait, which asa working mom was already problematic. After anhour passed Iwas still inthe waiting room, haven't even been brought into aroom- the front desk was rude and unkind. Asan office who sees children, Iwould expect abit more empathy, atthe very least. Tostack patients every 15minutes when dealing with children, making these patients wait over anhour tobe seen (and rushed atthat) is truly the worst.… – show

After been patient for solong now they don’t take our insurance, Inever got anotice orsomething.
This ispure greed from this health system.
Since February of2022I’m waiting for medical records, today 10-14-2022iwhen tothe office toask for then, make mefill the release forms again and they still saying that only inemergencies will take 8to 10weeks, inmy case who knows how long.
Is this serious ehealth system you will trust???
All the executives making millions ofdollars ayear in salary and don’t invest ina more efficient Medicaid records system????
Come onmy kids need the attention and you knowit, work for usas well, this looks like the Care you patients shouldget, people becareful, get someone that care about you priorities.… – show00

I constantly keep calling almost every day tospeak tothe doctors and nurses tocall meback and they never called meback. They are very incompetent and Iguess the receptionist doesn't write and/or type messages. It's been going onfor more than amonth. Iguess they neglected the patients. Irecommend toeveryone not todo business with them. They'll beloosing alot ofmoney. Terrible reputation. Ihope they'll beshut down for good.

Northwell?? Itshould bewelth well this isthe most greedy hospital I’ve ever meet. They want money that wedont have. When they know the answer toyour issues they won’t give itto you toask you tokeep coming back visit after visit today incar more expenses therefore empty inyour pockets. The doctor told meMy diagnosis and what itwas needed tocurate but would not write mea prescription for two weeks. I’ve had tolive with spots onmy body everywhere because he’s too lazy towrite prescription because hewants deep pockets Iwould not recommend his hospital atall orany ofthese. State hospitals are better regulated doctors I’mDon’t ever goto adoctor here they don’t care about you they make you wait over anhour and ahalf when your appointment at9:15the second person you’re there for anhour while she got her patients before you donot goto the doctors don’t care… – show

There isone hour wait time EVEN IFyou made anappointment. When you gothere, check inthen goout for awalk, get some coffee, talk toa friend you haven't talk for awhile, and bythe time you return you bemost likely have towait abit more. But hey you had your coffee.

If Icould give anegative star Iwill. My13year old son has been apatient ofDr. Finelt for over 1year. Initial appointment was great, virtual follow upwas good but then the medication stopped working and myson’s condition was getting worst. Iwaited over 3months toget anin-person appointment & onthe appointment date which was actually today Itook myson tohis appointment directly from school sothat hewon’t belate, only tosit inthe waiting area for 45minutes after myappointment time. When Iasked what isgoing onI was told the doctor isbusy with other patients, Iasked who was running reception & was told ithas nothing todo with the doctor running late that Ineed tocomplain toher. Iasked the receptionist togo ask the doctor why I’m still waiting & she returned & said they’re waiting for aroom toopen then they will see myson, Ithen asked for the operations supervisor who said the room are filled & Iquote “because ofdifferent things happening inthem” soI said tohim “so basically you overbooked the doctor & here Iam paying for aservice (my copay & myinsurance) that you need toprovide & you’re not providing that service, Ithen had toremind him that I’m not asking for afavor orstretching for ahandout, especially since the first thing Idid when checking inwas handling over mycredit card. Hewent into “again check & see what’s going on” came backout, did not have the courtesy togive mean update, they called 2more patients before myson then called usin only tobe put inanother room tocontinue waiting & after waiting for another 20minutes sent ina resident, Iasked her tosend inthe doctor. About 10minutes afterDr.Finelt came inI told her about the long waiting time & she said she’s the only pediatric & the younger children are the priority somy son should start seeing anadult dermatologist inthe practice, mind you the practice told meI need the pediatric dermatologist because mysons isa minor & she was all too happy topass meoff tosomeone else. Itwas apparent she was not interested inhearing that the treatment isnot working asshe prescribed the same thing again. Also, Iwas asking her questions about other options & she kept giving meanswers for treatments Ispecifically was saying Iwas not interested infor mychild & clarifying myquestion. Iquickly realized she had nointerest for myconcerns for mychild & after waiting all this time for the Doctor myface toface appointment with her was under 10minutes. Imean she couldn’t run out ofthe room any faster. The entire process today was terrible from the receptionists having the most unwelcoming looks ontheir faces & dismissive attitude tothe operations supervisor who couldn’t care less like you have noother children oranything else happening inyour life totheDr. who just doesn’t seem invested inher patient for whatever reason. Itwas anabsolute disappointment & waste oftime towait this long only tobe paying for terrible service. IWill definitely NOT bereturning orrecommending this office toanyone.… – show

I have been apatient here several years and found that the practice/physicians are not loyal totheir patients. When you call with areal immediate need tosee adermatologist (i.e. itchy red burning rash after discharge from one oftheir hospitals; orrecurrence ofallergic reaction hours after discharge from their facility) where there isneed for urgent diagnosis and relief, they decline togive anemergency appointment and make you wait days toweeks tocomein. This isunacceptable.

Absolutely terrible. Waited over anhour with 2week old baby. Received attitude from nurses when politely asking for 2updates. Donot recommend using this practice. Itis ashame what large conglomerates have done topatient care.

BE CAREFUL....BE AWARE when you are asked tohand over yourATM, DEBIT, CREDIT CARDS. Istumbled and ignored myown protocol. Ask tohave the machine placed oncounter for you toslide your card inthe reader. Iam 90% sure IGOT HACKED THERE and myaccount got cleanedout.
Nevertheless it's better tobe safe than sorry soapologize ifthe person isoffended and insist that you are handed the machine onthe counter because giving the person your card allows for anopportunity for them toscan itand clone your card for the obvious purpose ofstealing your money.
I realize it's adoctor's office and you are supposed tobe trusting them but itis anobviously good place topull such ascam fir that same reason and itcan't bejust acoincidence that it's the last place where Iused mycard before itgot hacked.… – show00

Horrible experience. Waited almost anhr tosee the drand Ihad a9am appointment. 30people inwaiting room area. Don’t think itmeets DOH guidelines for occupancy. Nohand sanitizer atreception desk- soyou can sanitizer your hands after using therepen. Drwas young and didn’t appear totake myconcerns seriously about the COVID guidelines. Besides all that, they didn’t notify mein advance there was aproblem with myreferral. Never again

my previous dermatology doctor stopped taking myhealth insurance and ipanicked mode due tothe cists onmy back but icalled northwell and the receptionast was very nice confirmed they take myhealth insurance and gave mea next day appointment soi showed uptoday and the doctor was extremely nice took care ofme told mewhat ineed todo iam very happy with myexpierence there
