My washing machine does not work, I don't know if it's locked and I have tried to reprogram it and nothing, I unplugged it for 24 hours as I read that it could be reprogrammed that way and it didn't work either, I hope you can help me.

While washing flannel sheets, the machine became inbalanced and stopped by-itself. After adjusting the sheets and pushed the start button, then it went back to "fill". Why didn't it continue on the cycle it was on. It seems like the washer went back to the start of the wash cycle(like if I first started it)?
